Our day of coordination package is for the couple who have all their wedding details planned and just need someone to oversee the big day. We will orchestrate the day and ensure that everything is running in a smooth and timely manner, while you enjoy every moment.
The following is a list of the services we can provide you on your wedding day:
- Complimentary 1 hour consultation to discuss your vision and needs
- Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
- Attendance and coordination of rehearsal
- Assist in set up and tear down of wedding items including: place cards, favours, guest book, seating chart, etc
- Vendor Management: Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day take care of final payments and gratuities on wedding day
- Supervision of Wedding Day Photo Session
- Supervision of all Vendor Arrivals, Set-up and Departures
- Full access to wedding emergency kit
- Make sure transportation is running on time
